The Annual MSU Alumni Band Golf Outing was initiated September 10,
1999, the Friday before the annual Alumni Band Day. Thirteen golfers teed off at Oak Lane Golf Course in Webberville,
Michigan. At the 2007 outing, held on September 7, 40 golfers participated.
The outing has become an annual affair and is always scheduled
the Friday before Alumni Band Day. The outing includes 18 holes of golf with cart, lunch, prizes and on-course snacks.
Registration for the outing is accomplished by completing a registration form located in the "Encore" or by contacting Lynn
Brown (msuabgo@hotmail.com).

Oak Lane is a beautiful par 70 course of medium difficulty--a slope rating of 107 and an 18-hole yardage of 5,714.
